The residential project was realized on the former Renault site. Sleek architecture consisting of comfortable apartments, student rooms, a hotel and some commercial spaces.
The new-build residence is literally the city’s front porch. At this unique location, near the Scheldt, the marina, the MAS, Eoluz installed a PV system on behalf of ITB Technics.
